Shipping policy

At Maison Libertine, our goal is to send your order within 48 hours after we receive your payment information. Please note that this excludes weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays. This timing depends on a few factors, including successful credit approval and product availability. If a particular item is not available or sold out, we will send you an email to discuss the situation.

For your safety and efficiency, we currently use Royal Mail for Standard UK deliveries. We will choose the best provider for international deliveries to save on costs and ensure safe delivery, however be mindful of custom duty taxes which will be charged in your respective country. You will get a dispatch confirmation with a tracking number once your order is sent. Please be aware that these services may not be available during the holiday season.

The estimated delivery times are for reference only, it is in our best interest to send your order as fast and as safely as possible but Maison Libertine is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
