Order Acceptance: We retain the right to decline your order if we do not obtain payment authorisation, if shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, or if the item you've ordered is out of stock. We may choose not to process and accept a transaction for any reason and may refuse service at our sole discretion. The removal of a product from the website, whether it's sold out or not, will not make us liable to you or any third party.

Gift Vouchers
Maison Libertine Online Gift Vouchers are available under the following terms and conditions:
1. The Gift Voucher remain valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Once this duration elapses, any remaining balance on the Gift Card cannot be utilised.
2. Gift Vouchers are redeemable for all products featured on our online shop.
3. Gift Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
4. If the total value of your order is less than that of the Gift Voucher, the remaining balance will remain under the same Gift Voucher code and can be used for your subsequent order.
5. In cases where your order exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher and you have existing store credit, the store credit can be used to cover the remaining balance. However, any remaining balances exceeding the combined value of your gift credit and store credit must be settled using a credit or debit card.
6. If you return anything you bought with a Gift Voucher, you'll get the money back as store credit on the same Gift Voucher. You can use this credit for future orders, but it won't make the Gift Voucher last longer. If you used another payment method along with the Gift Voucher when you bought the item, the refund will go back to the Gift Voucher first, and any leftover money will be returned to the other payment method.
7. Upon processing your order and confirming payment, a link to your Gift Voucher will be sent to the email address used during your order placement. You can forward this email to your desired recipient, with the option to include a personal note at your discretion.
8. Maison Libertine cannot be held responsible for any issues related to the delivery of a Gift Voucher to an incorrect or non-existent email address provided by the buyer. The buyer assumes sole responsibility for this, although we will offer reasonable assistance if notified of any problems. However, if the Gift Voucher is used by an incorrect recipient, we cannot be held liable.
10. In cases where a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission, Maison Libertine bears no responsibility, and no refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
11. Maison Libertine reserves the right to cancel a Gift Voucher if we determine such action is necessary.
12. Gift Vouchers cannot be used to offset shipping costs.
13. Gift Vouchers can be used in conjunction with promotions and discounts offered by Maison Libertine.
14. Gift Vouchers are cancellable within 14 days but non refundable past this period
